Glass Exchange has spent several months developing their franchisee training programme and Operations Manual. It has been designed to give a franchisee the required skills and knowledge to operate their own Glass Exchange Franchise.
The training combines mainly practical 'on the job' training with some class room based activities. This includes glass handling, glass identification, how to identify parts, training on tools (a thousands pounds worth included). A visit to a double glazing manufacturer to see how the units are made will take place too.
Initial Training
The initial training takes place over two weeks and includes:
- Glass Exchange overview and the market place
- Setting up and running your own Glass Exchange business
- Technical training to confidently run your own glazing repair business
- Sales and marketing
- Administration and reporting
This training gives you sufficient knowledge to confidently begin trading as Glass Exchange within your exclusive territory.
Ongoing Bespoke Training and Support
Once you have had your initial training from Glass Exchange it doesn't stop there. Ongoing bespoke training is available to you if you want more advanced training or just some refresher training to go over anything again.
We feel that our training, support and backup are key features of our franchise offering.
